This is my very personal tribute to one of my most beloved musical genres. Here I mention from what I consider its roots, to its most recent evolutions, not forgetting of course the golden age of Creation Records.

Like all music writing spaces, there sould be the only goal of talking about beautiful albums, and not of creating walls between this and that scene: so bare with me if you don't see The Field Mice and Spiritualized, yet you get mad at the sight of Verve or Smashing Pumpkins: soon we'll be talking more about Sarah Records and how Spacemen 3 moved on as well, and rather less about Ashcroft and friends.
